Amy Dreadin & Lacy Miller

Meet Amy Dreadin For Amy Dreadin, real estate has never been about simply selling houses. It's about people, strategy, problem-solving, and making sure her clients have someone firmly in their corner from the first conversation to the closing table. As the founder and team leader of Texas Living Realty Group, Amy serves buyers, sellers, investors, builders, and property owners throughout San Angelo and communities across West Texas. Her experience spans residential real estate, luxury homes, acreage and rural properties, farm and ranch, land, new construction, investment properties, and commercial real estate. What truly sets Amy apart, however, isn't the type of property she's selling. It's the way she approaches the job. Amy is known for being highly involved, proactive, and fiercely committed to the people she represents. She believes her clients should never have to wonder what's happening with their transaction or whether their agent is working on their behalf. Communication, preparation, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail are central to the way she does business. For sellers, Amy brings a modern, hands-on approach to marketing. She believes every property has a story and that great real estate marketing requires more than putting a listing in the MLS. From professional photography and video to staging, digital marketing, social media, property tours, open houses, and targeted exposure, she looks for ways to make each property stand out and reach the right buyers. For buyers, Amy's role goes far beyond opening doors. She helps clients evaluate properties, understand their options, anticipate potential challenges, negotiate effectively, and make informed decisions. Her knowledge of San Angelo and the surrounding West Texas communities is especially valuable for clients relocating to the area or considering acreage and rural properties. Amy is also an investor-minded agent who enjoys transactions that require a little more strategy. Whether she's working through the details of an investment property, land purchase, commercial transaction, unusual property, or a deal that doesn't fit neatly into a standard box, she's willing to dig in, ask questions, find answers, and figure out a path forward. That same mindset led Amy to build Texas Living Realty Group. She wanted to create a real estate team where clients receive exceptional service, agents are continually learning and improving, and doing what's right for the client remains more important than simply getting a deal closed. Why work with Amy? Because she'll tell you what she believes you need to know, not simply what you want to hear. She'll communicate. She'll prepare. She'll market. She'll negotiate. She'll look for solutions when things get complicated. And she'll treat your real estate decision with the seriousness it deserves. If you're buying, selling, investing, relocating, or simply trying to determine your next move in San Angelo or West Texas, Amy would rather start with a conversation than a sales pitch.
